Shaun Nhlanhla Thabethe is the Group Tender Officer (GTO) for the Morvest Business Group; a business support firm offering Professional Services and outsourcing Solutions, ICT solutions and management consulting services. Shaun's position as GTO has enabled him to put his educational and experiential resources to use.
As such he has successfully analyzed and validated the risks of certain financial, commercial and human resource operations, authorized and stabilized activities on three different platforms including designs, delivery and sales and acted as a strong team leader and key team member while initiating and supervising the bid process.
Shaun's special interests as GTO also include building relationships with clients, preparing tenders, drafting tender committee reports and tactically planning business development and support. One of Shaun's successful management techniques has been encouraging heightened employee morale to support sales.
Shaun is a graduate of the Management College of Southern Africa where he obtained an MBA in both Information Technology and Business Science. Additionally, Shaun is the founder of the Urban Village Group.
